Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We offer free shipping on every order worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Two-Tone Cartier Santos (Flash Sale): Next business day delivery within the United States.
• All other watches: 10 business days — domestic US and international.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Free International Shipping

All orders ship free worldwide. No minimum purchase required. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sterorx@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SV Jewels is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
