Products

All watches sold by SV Jewels are set with moissanite gemstones. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not a natural diamond. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations in color and finish may occur between product images and the actual item.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. SV Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout is final.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Whop. By completing a purchase, you authorize payment for the amount displayed at checkout. SV Jewels does not store payment card information.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order, not shipment. SV Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at sterorx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
